Grievance Redressal

2. Grievance Officer

Per the Information Technology Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act 2023, our Grievance Officer is the escalation contact for unresolved complaints.

The Grievance Officer will respond to acknowledged grievances within 15 days.

3. Further escalation

If a complaint relating to credit-bureau data is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Reserve Bank of India's CMS portal at cms.rbi.org.in.
