1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the BoostScore mobile and web applications. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident, and the lawful owner of the PAN you submit.
3. Use of the service
BoostScore provides credit-score tracking, insights, and (subject to availability) payment-with-cashback features. Some features require a paid subscription; subscription terms are surfaced in-app at the point of purchase.
4. Bureau data
We retrieve your Equifax report through a regulated channel only after you provide explicit consent. You can revoke that consent at any time from inside the app; revocation will stop further refreshes. We may add other Indian bureaus over time and will notify you before any new bureau is queried on your behalf.
5. Limitation of liability
BoostScore provides information and insights, not financial advice. Lending decisions remain with the lender. We are not liable for any third-party outcome arising from your use of the data shown in the app.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
